The HollyHug Character

The HollyHug Character ("HollyAnn") as portrayed by any association to the HollyHug program or its web presences is the sole original creation of Stormfire Studios / Firestorm Six. Neither Quinn Ebert nor Beyond IT LLC, or any of its subsidiaries assume or assert any ownership of or claim towards these marks or properties, including those which may arise or originate from any derivative (edited or otherwise) versions of their original content. Likewise, Quinn Ebert, Beyond IT LLC, and subsidiaries of Beyond IT LLC assume full responsibility towards maintaining the wishes of Stormfire Studios / Firestorm Six, to such extent as the manual-removal and/or revocation of any artwork or other property of, from, or based upon works of Stormfire Studios / Firestorm Six, upon their request, including (if desired) any portion of the "HollyAnn" name found on web sites created by Quinn Ebert, Beyond IT LLC, or subsidiaries of Beyond IT LLC, or even the HollyHug application program itself.

Disclaimer Regarding Power Information Accuracy

The advanced power information that may be retrieved and displayed by HollyHug on capable hardware is provided by system programing functionality which relies on the so-called "smart battery" information provided by such relevant power sources. It can never be guaranteed that such information is present, reasonably usable, or whatsoever accurate. The HollyHug program merely displays the information provided by such system calls (with the minor exception of certain checks to avoid displaying information on systems or with batteries that do not support these functions). The makers of HollyHug disclaim all liability for HollyHug displaying inaccurate battery status information, including disclaiming all liability for the reliability of the functions that may keep HollyHug from displaying inaccurate information reported by computer or battery systems that do not properly support the system functions and programming calls used to attempt to display such battery status information.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Interpretation of Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

If the disclaimer of warranty and limitation of liability provided above cannot be given local legal effect according to their terms, reviewing courts shall apply local law that most closely approximates an absolute waiver of all civil liability in connection with the Program, unless a warranty or assumption of liability accompanies a copy of the Program in return for a fee.
